People calling from within a 50 mile radius of our homes will be given the highest priority and consideration. These dogs, if they don't work out with your family, must be returned within 1 week. They may not be given away or taken to a pound. We keep the papers on the dog until we see a bonding exists. People adopting these dogs must sign a contract indicating their willingness to see the dog anytime we show up on their doorstep to see them. Failure to show us the dog is still alive and living in your home will indicate a breach of contract. Any dogs not present, means according to our contract terms, that you will now have to pay us "$2,000 for the dog." If these terms are not agreeable, don't fill out our Contact Us page. No exceptions. If you refuse to give us the dog back, or return the dog, this will be constituted as a breach of contract." We only want serious families for these dogs.
