Xenia goes V1 at the Long Island Lighthouse Schutzhund Club's first show! Its always a joy to win, but especially so in your own back yard. Thank you Judge Hans-Peter Schweimer for such an honor. Never have I seen a clearer example of a "Flying Trot" than I have here. It is clear for all to see that all four feet are suspended inches above the ground while moving at a speed of about 12 mph. If that's not proof enough, one can use the old, "drop a plumb line from the end of the dogs nose straight down and they will also clearly see Xenia's extended front leg is beyond that of her nose!" This is a difficult picture at best for anyone to capture, but Dawnmarie managed to do it twice at this show.
