Credit cards are not acceptable for deposits. There are no refunds on deposits as we feel a deposit is a commitment to purchase by the customer. We do not show dogs with a deposit on them to other prospective customers, that is our commitment to the buyer. Sixty-five percent of our yearly sales are now done with credit cards! Wow! ALL OTHER BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS WILL BE DONE BY CASH ONLY! THIS INCLUDES MINIMUM DEPOSITS. MINIMUM DEPOSIT ON ANY DOG UNTIL PICKUP IS $1000. If you wish us to ship a dog, there will be an additional cost of a crate, a required health certificate from a NY State veterinarian and shipping costs beyond us driving more than 35 miles to an airport. These ancillary costs plus the cost of the dog must be paid and in our hands before the dog is shipped. The airlines require a minimum of 24 hours notice. Please note, most airlines are no longer allowing dogs to be shipped as excess baggage since the beginning of May. Due to credit card restrictions (owner not present when processing the credit card). when shipping dogs, we only accept payment by Electronic Funds Transfer from your bank to ours. EFT payments can only be sent Monday thru Friday. EFT's sent by 10 am will normally reach our bank by 2 pm. Funds not received the same day will prevent any shipment of dogs on that day. There is no air freight shipping of dogs on Saturday and Sunday Special Note: All payments received from a purchaser, whether it be a deposit, or the entire agreed upon amount, will be considered as binding on any given dog and not refundable. Unless otherwise specified, our health guarantee on any dog purchase, begins when total payment is received by us, NO MATTER WHAT THE METHOD OF PAYMENT, WITH OR WITHOUT A WRITTEN CONTRACT. It is a federal law that all dogs must be over the age of 8 weeks and have a health certificate issued by a veterinarian in our state if they are to be transported across state lines. Such an examination by state law, is considered to be good for 2 weeks. If we, the sellers, are required to board a dog, for any reason, after an agreed upon pickup date with a buyer, we will be entitled to be paid a boarding service at our then going rate from the time of purchase up until the time the dog is placed in the new owners care. Seller will not rollover a payment to another dog or litter. If we receive no notification, we won't ship. No checks! No exceptions.
